Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Application Delivery Lead, Corporate Functions
As the Application Delivery Lead, Corporate Functions, you will be responsible for working closely with the corporate functions teams to deliver digital initiatives that align to their strategic business objectives and deliver value for the organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Finance, Pricing and Procurement teams and our IT team, and is responsible for the application roadmap, gathering requirements, selecting and implementing solutions, and collaborating with the business to prioritize, test, and adopt high value enhancements.
Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and hands-on experience with People Soft, pricing tools and other ERP systems.
This position is located in our Indianapolis corporate office, with flexibility to work 1 day per week remotely.

* Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
* Serves as a subject matter expert for People Soft Financials (GL, AP, AR, AM, PO, etc.) Configure/Price/Quote tools (CPQ), and other financial systems
* Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Procurement and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
* Owns the application roadmap by monitoring releases and partnering with the business to prioritize, test, and adopt high-value enhancements and additions.
* Manages relationships with application vendors, system integrations and third-party providers; oversees vendor performance, SLAs, upgrades and issue resolution
* Collaborates with internal IT teams (Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Data, etc.) to ensure seamless system integration
* Manages and tracks budget for the approved initiatives and reports overall project status as required to the Digital Transformation office
* Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, safety and data accuracy through automation and system enhancements
