Maintains the Inventory Control area under general supervision and conducts routine audits on department processes.;
Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams.;
Assists with the collection of feedback from employees across the department to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.;
Compiles and reconciles discrepancies found with book inventory to ensure products remain in-stock.;
Maintains invoices, returns, warranty claims, and/or exchanges for the distribution department through an internal electronic system.
