Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician to provide high-touch, onsite IT support to employees at our headquarters. This role focuses on delivering exceptional end-user support, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless operation of workplace technology, including conference room systems and workstation setups.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide walk-in and at-desk technical support for employees at HQ

+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to conference room technology, including audio/visual and connectivity problems

+ Perform break/fix support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related hardware

+ Set up, move, and reconfigure physical workstations as needed

+ Deliver responsive, customer-focused support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues

+ Assist with equipment staging, deployment, and readiness in support of increased office occupancy and Return-to-Office initiatives

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onsite support experience

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk environments preferred

+ Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking issues

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills with a user-first mindset

+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-touch onsite environment

+ Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting equipment, workstation setups, and office moves

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
