Technical Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE​/CRM

As a Technical Architect, you’ll play a critical role in defining and implementing technical architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions. You’ll work closely with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure technical integrity, scalability, and performance of solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Architecting and governing Copilot-enabled Dynamics 365 CE solutions with embedded AI capabilities.
• Designing and implementing role-based Copilot experiences across D365 CE modules to meet business goals.
• Validating technical architecture and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Leading and mentoring development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Defining and implementing secure, scalable integrations with Azure services.
• Establishing best practices for performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborating with architects to translate functional and AI use cases into technical specifications.
• Extending Copilot through Azure AI Foundry and standardizing
  
  AI architecture controls.
• Managing ALM, Dev Ops pipelines, and CI/CD for D365 CE.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and providing solutions.
• Supporting pre-sales activities with technical expertise.
• Getting hands on with development needs(code,configuration ,etc) to meet project goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in technical architecture or senior development, including 5+ with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Skilled in designing complex solutions with Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot, and Azure, including architecting and enabling Copilot within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Proficient in integrating AI into enterprise applications using REST APIs, Azure, event-driven models, and familiar with Copilot Studio for creating and managing agents.
• Strong background in integration patterns, REST APIs, OData, middleware, and hands-on experience with AI solution design using Azure AI Foundry, integrating with Dataverse, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• ALM, Dev Ops, and CI/CD experience with D365 CE.
• In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, data governance, and defining secure AI architectures, access controls, and responsible AI practices in Microsoft environments.
• Advanced problem-solving and technical team leadership.
• Highly valued:
  Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, Solution Architect Expert).

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
• Familiarity with Power BI integration and advanced reporting.
• AI-related Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI credentials) are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled solution delivery, not just proof-of-concept work.
• Experience in Agile project environments and technical leadership roles.
