Senior IT Business Analyst

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Senior IT Business Analyst.

Do you have experience leading end-to-end requirements gathering, working across SDLC phases, and bridging business and IT stakeholders?

You will serve as a key liaison between business and IT teams, driving clarity and alignment across complex, enterprise-level initiatives. This role involves owning requirements from discovery through delivery, documenting system interactions and data flows, and supporting modernization and integration efforts within a fast-paced environment.

• Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle: discovery, analysis, documentation, validation, and maintenance
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Document system interactions, integrations, workflows, and data flows
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support all phases of SDLC, including testing and post-implementation activities
• Facilitate meetings such as stakeholder discussions, standups, and status updates
• Conduct root cause analysis and support issue investigation
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple work streams while adhering to timelines and deliverables
• Promote security best practices in all aspects of work

• 3+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Software Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
• Experience documenting complex business processes and system designs
• Familiarity with integration and functional testing
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail in documentation and analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience facilitating meetings, standups, and reporting progress
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with Agile or hybrid software development methodologies
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• SQL or data analysis experience

$38.50 – $55.00/hr.
