Skills:

Total 14+years of experience in IT. Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, and Cloud Pages, with hands-on development using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong experience in building and optimizing omni-channel customer journeys, segmentation logic, dynamic personalization, triggered sends, and audience automation. Advanced proficiency in data architecture, including Data Extensions, synchronized data sources, Contact Model, subscriber key strategy, and large-scale data integrations with Salesforce CRM.

Ability to design and develop responsive, brand-compliant email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring deliverability and accessibility best practices. Proven experience building automated workflows, performance tracking, and end-to-end solutions integrating MC with CRM systems, APIs, and external platforms. Strong understanding of governance, compliance, consent models, and enterprise-level campaign processes including CAPA documentation, approvals, and audit requirements.
