Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, health-related field, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands on work experience in clinical data management within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology environment.
- Proficiency in at least one Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system (Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC) is REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH guidelines), and data management best practices.
- Experience with medical coding dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO Drug).
- Minimum of 3+ years of lead or project management experience in clinical data management.
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation is a plus.
