What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the end-to-end software implementation, from planning through go-live
Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate between business teams, leadership, and external vendors
Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, and training
Drive change management and user adoption efforts

What You Bring

Experience leading software or ERP implementations
Strong project management background (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with construction tools like Procore, Sage, or Viewpoint is a plus

💰 Compensation

Base Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 + bonus
