Job Description We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital advertising technologies, technical troubleshooting, and client-facing solution delivery and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts, resolve issues across the client advertising ecosystem, and drive successful client outcomes. Skills:

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Experience in client-facing roles. Foundational understanding of coding. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical contact for external clients and internal stakeholders for advertising solutions. Troubleshoot pixels, ad servers, auctions, delivery systems, and related integrations to ensure campaign health. Analyze web implementations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP to identify and resolve issues. Use SQL and RESTful APIs to investigate data discrepancies and validate end-to-end data flows. Communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences with clarity.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries. Customer-facing experience with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Hands-on troubleshooting of advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.

Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
