We are seeking an  
** Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist
** to provide hands-on technical support for training events and end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for solving technical issues.

Responsibilities

+ Provide on-site AV support for training sessions and events.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve audio-visual and technical issues.

+ Support deskside IT operations and respond to end-user requests.

+ Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.

+ Assist with imaging, deployment, and distribution of hardware across multiple locations.

+ Deliver proactive, customer-focused technical support.

+ Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications

+ 2-3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.

+ 5+ years of customer service experience.

+ High School Diploma with relevant technical experience.

+ Hands-on experience with:

+ Windows 11

+ Microsoft Office 365

+ Microsoft Intune

+ Microsoft Azure

+ Active Directory

+ Device imaging and deployment

+ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

+ IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent).

+ Willingness to learn new technologies.

+ Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
