Two resources at Level 2
Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)
Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment
Must have knowledge or Xen Desktop, Net Scaler
Dell - Wyse Thin client a major plus
Windows 10, Server 2016
Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.
