Job Opportunity:
Nexthink Engineer
We are searching for someone passionate about automation, leveraging Nexthink to design, implement, and manage integrations into other platforms to solve business problems. This is a hybrid role, and will require a candidate based in Indianapolis, or willing to relocate to Indianapolis. This is a long term contract, in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain low-code automation with Nexthink Flow
- Drive Design, Implementation, and Integrations with Nexthink to other platforms
- Strong knowledge of API design, development, and integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams regularly to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Utilize Service Now for IT Service Management and Workflow Automation
- Implement chatbot solutions using Nexthink & Kore.
AI - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Experience in IT Service Desk Operations
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Familiarity with chatbot technologies
