Legal Innovation Technology Analyst

We are seeking a Legal Innovation Technology Analyst to join a law firm's Client & Innovation Office in Indianapolis, IN. This role is perfect for someone who has a grasp of legal workflows, enjoys tackling technology challenges, and can assist attorneys and legal professionals in maximizing the efficiency of tools like AI, contract analysis, document automation, and litigation management platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Support legal teams in implementing legal technology for active cases and internal processes
  • Aid in the planning, setup, and launch of projects utilizing platforms like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar tools
  • Develop user-friendly materials such as guides, FAQs, checklists, screenshots, and workflow documentation
  • Deliver training, presentations, and ongoing assistance for designated applications
  • Monitor usage, gather feedback, identify issues, and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, external vendors, and practice groups on technology solutions
  • Stay informed on legal tech advancements, including AI, contract analysis, collaboration tools, and case management platforms
Requirements:
  • Understanding of law firm or legal department operations, including attorney work product and matter life cycles
  • Experience in legal technology support, systems implementation, project management, or process enhancement
  • Ability to learn new platforms quickly and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with tools like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar applications
  • Knowledge of AI processes, no-code/low-code workflows, or AI-supported legal operations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Preferably hold a college degree in a related field
