Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and execution of enterprise‑scale data migration initiatives. This individual will provide architectural leadership, define migration strategies, and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with data architecture, migration programs, and Apache NiFi within large enterprise environments.

• Data Architecture and Data Engineering experience
• Strong experience designing and overseeing large‑scale data migration programs
• Hands‑on experience with Apache Ni Fi
• Experience developing enterprise data architecture, integration patterns, and migration frameworks
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modelling, and data governance
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders to define data migration strategies and solutions
• Strong SQL skills and enterprise data platform experience
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple work streams
• Workday implementation or migration experience
• Snowflake experience
• Cloud data platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience supporting HR, Payroll, or ERP transformation programs
