Job Title: Systems Integration Analyst
Location: Remote

JOB DESCRIPTION: Theoris is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare initiative. In this client-facing role, you will work with internal teams, healthcare clients, and EHR vendors to analyze implementation requirements, validate HL7 interfaces, troubleshoot data issues, configure system settings, and support successful customer onboarding and go-live activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze implementation requirements and technical specifications for healthcare integrations.
  • Review and validate HL7 v2.x messages, identifying mapping, structural, and data quality issues.
  • Configure application settings, provider files, routing rules, and implementation parameters.
  • Investigate interface processing issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
  • Execute interface, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting results and tracking defects through resolution.
  • Partner with healthcare clients, EHR vendors, project managers, and engineering teams throughout implementation and onboarding.
  • Maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, issue logs, and project artifacts.
REQUIREMENTS:

-Experience supporting healthcare systems integrations, configuration, customer onboarding
- HL7 v2.x Interface Analysis
-message structures with the ability to review, interpret, and validate HL7 messages against implementation specifications
-Healthcare interoperability/EHR integration exp-need exp implementing healthcare interfaces
-Basic SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting (SELECT statements, filtering, joins)
-Experience troubleshooting interface, mapping, or data quality issues.
-Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate requirements into implementation-ready solutions.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
