Rockwell FTPS Lead

We are seeking an experienced Rockwell FTPS Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS) solutions in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rockwell Factory Talk Pharma Suite, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and system integration, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, automation teams, and IT to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Rockwell Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS) solutions.
• Gather and analyze business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Factory Talk Pharma Suite modules based on business needs.
• Design and support integrations between FTPS, ERP, LIMS, SCADA, PLCs, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain MES workflows, recipes, electronic batch records (E ), and production processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
• Support system validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, Validation, and IT.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and ongoing maintenance.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, SOPs, and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Rockwell Factory Talk Pharma Suite (FTPS).
• Experience implementing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
• Experience integrating FTPS with ERP, SCADA, PLC, and other enterprise applications.
• Understanding of electronic batch records (E ), recipes, workflows, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and reporting.
• Experience with system validation and regulatory compliance, including GMP, GAMP5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead onsite and offshore teams while managing multiple project deliverables.
