Product Information​/Labels Specialist

Job Overview:
Pay Range $34hr - $39hr Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related functions. 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline, preferably within the Medical Device industry. Working knowledge of SAP, Design Control process and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework concepts, PMP preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A willingness to challenge the status quo and a passion to drive change.

Responsibilities:
Lead operational launch readiness for the Near Patient Care Portfolio, from R&D launch decisions through manufacturing operations, Supply Chain and commercialization phases. Define the requirements for new product launch/lifecycle changes in alignment with relevant functions within Diagnostics Global Operations. Prepare and manage project plans for new product launches, lifecycle changes and product obsolescence. Coordinate and contribute to cross-functional launch/lifecycle teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the Group.

Collaborate closely with Master Data experts and strive for continuous optimization, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks and risks. Determine launch/lifecycle change requirements, prepare and manage project plans/schedules for implementation, and identify and mitigate project risks under GxP guidelines. Contribute to cross-functional launch/lifecycle teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve launch milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze and prepare products for obsolescence / phase-out.

Identify requirements for product variants, prepare product representations in SAP, including master data. Participate in strategic/special projects as needed.
