Job Notes:

• 6+ month contract / extensions possible with good performance
• Onsite in Indianapolis, IN.
• Drug & background required. Pay Rate = $21-25 w2 per hour depending on experience level.

Overview:

Proven experience in an IT desktop services environment. Skilled in hardware repair, software installation, device imaging, and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) processes. Ability to use information systems, technology functions, and applications in alignment with IT industry standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to adapt quickly and effectively within dynamic team environments.

Capable of performing a wide range of technical tasks at customer sites to meet business and client needs. Able to meet the physical requirements of the usual and customary methods of performing the job functions, including: a variety of standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day; lifting of up to 50 pounds.
