Senior Sap Fico Architect
We're seeking an accomplished Senior SAP FICO Architect to lead complex SAP S/4
HANA transformation programs, architect enterprise finance solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our SAP practice while delivering strategic business outcomes for global clients.
Carmel, Indiana (Relocation Required)
What we're looking for:
Deep expertise in SAP FICO, SAP FSCM, S/4
HANA Finance, and Central Finance (CFIN)
Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP S/4
HANA implementations, migrations, and transformation initiatives
Strong cross-functional knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and other integrated modules? Enterprise architecture experience with the ability to design scalable, business-driven SAP solutions?
Pre-sales consulting experience, including engaging with clients, understanding business requirements, conducting solution workshops, and presenting compelling solution proposals? Executive presence with exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to influencing clients and business leaders? Passion for mentoring teams, building long-term client relationships, and delivering measurable business value? An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment?
