Duties
Designs, develops, tests, and maintains financial reporting applications using Oracle APEX, Power Platform, SQL, and VBA.
Creates, develops, and implements conversions of unauthorized user-developed applications (U-IT) to authorized enterprise IT solutions (A-IT).
Provides expert technical guidance and training to systems users.
Identifies system weaknesses and develops modifications to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and economy.
