+ Serve as a recognized expert, defining integration patterns and engineering standards adopted across Global Patient Safety teams.
+ Elevate technical colleagues by sharing data, integration, and security knowledge to broaden team impact.
+ Assume the role of Technical System Owner for GPS systems, accountable for the technical lifecycle, validated state and compliance.
+ Serve as the technical lead across multiple concurrent projects, providing hands-on guidance to developers, configuration analysts and integration and support teams.
+ Partner with Software Product Engineering, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure & Digital Core to drive aligned strategies, shared standards, and secure-by-design architectures.
** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems integration, or technical lead roles, of which at least 5+ years of software/systems engineering experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions for Patient Safety Organization, with clear technical ownership.
** Additional Qualifications*
* + Strong communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
+ Experience in Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), or a regulated (GxP) environment within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare.
+ Hands-on experience developing and integrating AI/agentic capabilities into operational systems.
