Desktop Support
The IT Analyst II is responsible for the IT infrastructure at the site and will be involved in supporting desktops, laptops, NetPCs and servers, printers, VoIP phones and network troubleshooting.
The schedule notes are 8am-4:30pm and the location is Indianapolis, IN 46268. The duration is 12+ months (possible extension).
The duties include:
- Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support & triage site infrastructure as follows:
- 2+ years of IT experience supporting PCs, servers, printers and network infrastructure
- Wintel/Linux NetPCs, standard and process PCs
- Microsoft Windows Server OS
- Client & manufacturing printers (client, Zebra, etc.)
- Ethernet, wireless, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP phones and VPN
- Provide standard and local software support — MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Accept and update/close ITSM tickets in a timely manner per Service Level Agreement
- Maintain dashboard expectations for PCs, ITSM tickets, telecom and system vulnerabilities
- Attend and comply with all plant, corporate IT and safety required training or activities
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work with minimal work direction by applying skills
The education requirement is a HS diploma.
