• Material Master experience, including:
  Basic Data, Purchasing, MRP, Accounting, Costing
• Vendor Master / Business Partner experience in S/4
  
  HANA.
• Experience with:
  Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, Quota Arrangements
• Knowledge of:
  Material Groups, Plant structures, Storage Location structures

• Purchase Requisition s (PR)
• Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
• Purchase Orders (PO)
• Contracts
• Scheduling Agreements
• Release Strategies / Approval Workflows
• Automated Procurement, including: MRP-driven procurement, Subcontracting, Consignment, Stock Transfer Orders (STO)

• Handle goods receipt and goods issue processes.
• Manage stock transfers.
• Support physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Manage batch management.
• Handle special stock types, including:
  Consignment stock, Project stock
• Support inventory valuation using:
  Moving Average Price, Standard Price
• Support MIRO / Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Perform GR/IR reconciliation.
• Configure and manage:
  Tolerance settings, Invoice blocking reasons

• Work with FI for:
  Account determination, OBYC, Inventory valuation postings
• Work with SD for:
  Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), Intercompany processes
• Work with PP for production-related procurement.
• Work with WM/EWM for warehouse execution.

• Extract and load legacy data for:
  Material Master, Vendor Master, Open Purchase Orders, Open GR/IR
• Experience with migration tools such as: LSMW, BODS, S/4
  
  HANA Migration Cockpit
• Develop open purchase order and open contract migration strategies.
• Perform physical inventory reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP during cutover.
• Follow migration sequencing:
  Master data first, Open transactional data, Stock / inventory
• Manage freeze periods and ensure no legacy transactions occur once extraction begins.
• Conduct mock cutover / dress rehearsal activities.
• Validate migration timing and data accuracy.

• Reconcile stock quantity and value between legacy systems and SAP.
• Validate open PO/PR balances.
• Perform GR/IR clearing account balance checks after data loads.
• Identify and resolve incomplete or mismatched legacy data.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness during migration and cutover.

• Troubleshoot SAP MM transaction issues following go-live.
• Handle exceptions caused by incomplete or mismatched legacy data.
• Provide quick-fix configuration for edge cases discovered after go-live.
• Coordinate MM cutover and post-go-live activities with: FI, SD, Basis
• Ensure system readiness and business process continuity.

• Support Supply Chain Master Data Governance within SAP.
• Ensure master data is:
  Clean, Accurate, Relevant, Consistent
• Provide detailed master data knowledge and support to:
  Business users, Affiliates, Sites, Outsourced partners
• Implement and execute the Master Data Governance strategy.
• Support master data governance projects and day-to-day production activities.

• Provide cross-functional and geographic perspectives on data governance.
• Provide leadership and recommendations for proactive:
  Data auditing, Data lifecycle management
• Implement data quality metrics.
• Analyze and interpret data quality trends within the assigned functional area and geography.
• Monitor business compliance with governance rules and policies.
• Drive completion of assigned data auditing activities.
• Develop consistent procedures, processes, and tools across Integrated Services MDM.
• Protect the integrity and accuracy of data loaded into SAP.
• Analyze and communicate the impact of: IT design changes, Business processes, End-user transactions, Master data changes
