Application Analyst

Job Title

Provide advanced support for Roche Navify, investigating and resolving both application-level and backend server-related issues.

Perform in-depth analysis of system functionality, interfaces, configurations, and workflows to identify root causes of technical issues.

Validate system changes, upgrades, and configuration modifications by reviewing rules, logic, and supporting code to ensure expected functionality.

Develop and execute validation plans, documenting results and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Conduct both dry testing and wet testing to verify application performance and workflow accuracy.

Analyze laboratory samples and workflows to troubleshoot issues impacting system operations and processing.

Collaborate with laboratory staff, vendors, and technical teams to identify, test, and implement system enhancements.

Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives for laboratory technology platforms.

Participate in troubleshooting and testing efforts related to integrated healthcare applications and clinical systems.

Assist with system documentation, change management activities, and ongoing maintenance of laboratory applications.

Support future testing and validation efforts related to Epic laboratory workflows and integrated technologies.
