Experience driving projects involving change management, communications, and stakeholder enablement. Familiarity with AI tools and their application to project workflows and operational efficiency.
Ability to manage multiple work streams, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and action items simultaneously.

Job Description:
A large software company is seeking a Project Manager to support HR Transformation and HR Technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects while partnering closely with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a strong project management background, experience supporting HR-related programs or technology implementations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
This role will also leverage AI tools to improve project delivery, reporting, and operational efficiency while helping drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Day-to-Day:
Lead and coordinate HR Transformation and HR Technology projects from planning through execution. Attend and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and cross-functional working sessions (approximately 50% of time). Manage project plans, timelines, risks, action items, and status reporting (approximately 50% of time). Partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and keep initiatives moving forward. Support communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities for new processes and technology changes.
Leverage AI tools to improve project workflows, reporting, documentation, and decision-making. Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution. Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining momentum and delivery quality.
