Job description
Brock & Scott seeks an Associate Attorney who is a motivated self-starter to be responsible for handling Indiana foreclosure matters for the firm. Responsibilities may include some on-site administrative duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and approval of foreclosure related pleadings.

• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested foreclosures.

• Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.

• Regular client meetings/updates.

• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.

• Member in good standing with of the State of Indiana Bar

• 3 to 5 years' minimum work experience handling Indiana foreclosure

• Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.

• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).

• Provides exceptional client service.

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

• Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.

• Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.

• Strong problem solving and organizational skill
This position is hybrid in the Indianapolis metro area.
