Senior Project Coordinator Location: 100% project-based travel – United States Company: The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial Anticipated Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Additional Compensation: When assigned to project-related travel, you will receive a travel allowance and per diem for the duration of your assignment. Boldt is seeking a relationship-driven Senior Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of complex construction projects across industrial, power, and commercial markets. In this role, you will serve as a critical partner to Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams—ensuring projects run efficiently from preconstruction through closeout. You will own key administrative and financial workflows, including cost tracking, billing, procurement support, and document control, while helping maintain alignment across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and composure, and brings both a strong operational mindset and a commitment to team success. You'll also play a role in mentoring junior coordinators and helping drive continuous improvement across project processes—contributing to Boldt's "Better Together" culture.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
- Associate's degree required
- 4–6+ years of experience in construction accounting, project coordination, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of construction accounting practices, project financials, and contract terms
- Experience supporting cost tracking, billing, procurement, and project documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and project management/financial systems (CMiC and Autodesk preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across project teams, subcontractors, and clients
