Manage inventory control of parts from suppliers to maintenance technicians;
Oversee the MRP process for replacing stock parts and ensure parts are on-hand for scheduled work;
Receive, process parts requests and returns, and move parts between inventory locations;
Validate SAP item master data including descriptions, min/max, reorder points, safety stock, costs, and lead times; coordinate with vendors;
Coordinate with procurement and engineering to standardize spare parts processes across plants and perform routine cycle counts
