LHH is partnering with a respected and growing organization in Indianapolis seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to join their team. • Develop expertise in supplier management, pricing analysis, contracts, and procurement operations

• Maintain and update supplier pricing and cost information within ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Manage customer agreements, contract databases, and sourcing documentation
• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies, invoice variances, and supplier-related issues
• Support sourcing initiatives, RFPs, RFIs, bid collection, and vendor evaluations
• Coordinate documentation for new product and supplier onboarding, including regulatory and compliance materials
• Analyze supplier performance, market trends, freight costs, and purchasing data
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel to support sourcing and procurement decisions
• Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure accurate and timely information flow
• Assist with ongoing supplier relationship management and process improvements

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, vendor management, or a related field
• Experience working within ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Net Suite, or similar
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience supporting contracts, supplier data, pricing, or procurement processes preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour
