Rolls Royce Motor Cars is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead complex supply programs for ultra luxury vehicle production. You will manage end to end planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory to ensure flawless material availability to our Goodwood manufacturing site. Partnering with production, engineering, and global BMW Group teams, you'll mitigate risks, drive cost and quality improvements, and implement data driven, lean supply chain solutions.
This role suits a detail driven leader experienced in automotive or advanced manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain programs supporting ultra-luxury vehicle production
- Manage planning, sourcing, logistics, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement to align supply plans with build schedules
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, capacity constraints, and quality issues
- Drive continuous improvement using data, KPIs, and lean methods
- Manage supplier performance and support strategic sourcing initiatives with BMW Group partners
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets for supply chain initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the supply chain
- Prepare reports and present program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
- Support global cross-functional projects and standardization of best practices
