The Supply Chain & Planning leader directs end-to-end supply chain processes - demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, master scheduling, capacity planning, materials management, inventory control, logistics, sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management - to meet commercial needs.

This role fosters a culture of inclusion, engagement, and open communication, with a safety-first, quality-always mindset, while leading supply chain strategy to keep operations running smoothly - ensuring materials arrive on time and products reach patients within their usable window before expiration.

Responsibilities:

** Risk, Compliance & Trade*
* + Lead corporate import/export risk management and trade compliance programs; develop global standards and support related regulatory inspections.

+ Identify and mitigate risks tied to material import/export for production.

+ Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, NRC, IATA, DOT, and other applicable regulations, including EHS, radiation safety, and hazardous material handling.

+ Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance on the Material Review Board (MRB) process.

** Systems & Continuous Improvement*
* + Support implementation and validation of material resource planning (MRP) software.

+ Build best-in-class manufacturing and materials planning processes.

+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

** Leadership & Culture*
* + Foster a safety-first, quality-always culture across the organization.

+ Set team objectives, track progress against KPIs, and manage budget/staffing plans.

+ Coach and develop staff, building leadership bench strength for organizational growth.

+ Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and advance the corporate project portfolio and product milestones.

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* + 10+ years' experience in supply chain management in a life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar STEM environment.

+ 10+ years of progressive materials management, procurement, contracts management, and/or strategic sourcing experience or equivalent in a fast-paced pharmaceutical or related life sciences environment

** Additional Preferences:*
* + Knowledge of contract manufacturing and Just-in-Time operations.

+ cGMP experience, ideally in a pharmaceutical or radiopharmaceutical environment.

+ Regulatory compliance expertise (cGMP, FDA, DOT, IATA), including import/export of Class 7 dangerous goods and trade compliance.

+ International supply chain and procurement experience preferred.

+ Track record improving supply chain and supplier performance using cost models and metrics.

+ Proficient with ERP/MRP procurement systems (Net Suite preferred) and Microsoft Office.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders through sound business rationale.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative relationships across executives, partners, and vendors.
