This position focuses on servicing existing BAS installations, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to customer service requests across a wide portfolio of facilities.

• Title: Building Automation Service Specialist
• Location: Indianapolis, IN
• Travel: Local travel throughout the Indianapolis metro

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service calls
• Replace, update, and modernize existing BAS components and hardware
• Develop and program new control applications from the ground up
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software‑related BAS issues
• Execute graphics updates and software enhancements
• Document service activities clearly and submit timely reports
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding service updates

• Pay: $30.00 – $45.00/hr (Based on Experience)
• Bonus: 10% Quarterly Bonus (Company & Individual Performance)
• Overtime: Occasional based on workload

• Experience with Tridium and common BAS platforms (KMC, Siemens, Alerton, Honeywell)
• Hands‑on background as a BAS technician, controls specialist, or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical, electrical, and digital control systems
• Comfortable programming and commissioning BAS applications from scratch
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
