Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a first of its kind hospitality center and advance to an executive level position within 3-4 years.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will currently hold a title of Senior Project Manager in commercial construction and be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They lead project teams, manage client relationships, and act as a main point of contact. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
This person will grow into an executive leadership position within 3-4 years and take on client facing, business development and community enhancing responsibilities.
- Minimum 10 years related experience with Commercial / K-12, Ground-up construction as a Senior Project Manager with a General Contractor, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- People and Project Management skills and abilities
- Refined organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks for self, team, and projects
- Outstanding communication skills (listening, presenting, interpersonal and written)
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in construction, architecture, engineering.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project), and experience with (or ability to learn) Procore, office equipment and Internet Explorer or other similar Internet tools and experience.
