** What You'll Do*
* + Provide leadership, planning, and operational direction across student dining programs

+ Drive financial performance, ensuring budget adherence and growth goals are met

+ Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly teams to support engagement and operational excellence

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth

+ Oversee compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards

+ Partner with the SVP and client leadership on initiatives, strategic planning, and continuous improvement

* + Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi‑unit food service operations within K‑12 child nutrition programs in alignment with USDA regulations.

+ Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics

+ Ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

+ Experience building client relationships in contract or service‑focused environments

+ Willingness to travel within the region
