Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected Indianapolis employer seeking an Accounting Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who is ready to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
