• Lead the accounting team as the primary Accounting Manager

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives

• Provide guidance to staff and serve as a key liaison with leadership

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to mentor and develop team members
