This is a high-visibility opportunity to direct complex, multidisciplinary work that shapes cities, communities, and mission-driven organizations across the region.

In this role, you will serve as both a trusted advisor and an accountable delivery leader—setting direction, aligning teams, and ensuring outcomes that reflect design excellence, technical rigor, and disciplined project execution. From pursuits and proposals through design, construction, and closeout, you will own performance against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client experience—while also helping expand relationships and grow our local business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and be accountable for end-to-end project performance across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery excellence and predictable outcomes
  • Serve as the primary senior client point of contact—building trust, guiding decision-making, and representing AECOM with executive presence and clarity
  • Shape and negotiate scope, fees, and work plans across architecture and engineering disciplines; align resourcing to meet commitments
  • Drive rigorous project controls including schedule, budget, risk, quality management, and change management; proactively manage contingencies and trade-offs
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams—setting expectations, enabling collaboration, resolving conflict, and mentoring emerging project leaders
  • Facilitate strong governance and communication through effective meeting leadership, action tracking, milestone reporting, and executive-ready client updates
  • Maintain financial stewardship including invoicing cadence, forecasting, performance metrics, and timely issue escalation to protect project and business outcomes
  • Anticipate and resolve issues early to maintain momentum, protect relationships, and ensure client and business objectives are achieved
  • Support growth by contributing to pursuit strategy, proposal development, interview preparation/participation, and expansion of existing client accounts
