Supervise the Box Office department and oversee daily and nightly operations (Will Call, Guest List, Ticket Sales, Ticket Scanning);
Facilitate open communication with Box Office Manager, staff and other venue departments;
Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and staffing levels;
Maintain accurate cash handling, pricing initiatives, and daily ticket counts for events;
Ensure ADA compliance and provide superior customer service in all guest interactions
