A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Program Director to oversee multiple PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers. This executive leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about improving care for older adults while leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

What You'll DoProvide operational leadership for multiple PACE centers.
Coach and develop Center Directors and leadership teams.
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and organizational standards.
Drive operational performance, quality outcomes, and participant satisfaction.
Partner with clinical leaders to improve care coordination and interdisciplinary team performance.
Monitor budgets, staffing, census growth, and key performance metrics.
Lead performance improvement initiatives and support regulatory readiness.
Build relationships with community partners and healthcare providers.
Support expansion efforts and new program development.
Bachelor's degree required;
Master's degree preferred.7+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
3+ years of leadership within a PACE, managed care, senior care, or long-term care organization.
Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, quality initiatives, and healthcare operations.
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and developing leaders.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the region.
