The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization. Client Details Our client for the Director of Manufacturing and Operations opportunity is a fast growing manufacturing company servicing customers including but not limited to commercial construction, industrial and manufacturing, data centers, healthcare, warehouse and distribution, energy, and more.

They are currently around $1.5B in revenue and will be reaching out well over $3B in revenue in 2028. The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.

This is a newly created role due to rapid growth with the need to put in the right processes, structure, and systems to keep up with the customer demand while ensuring future capacity for more growth and expansion. This is a vital role in addressing the client's current needs and setting them up for future success. Description Lead and drive all manufacturing and operations putting in place a manufacturing structure that is aligned with the organization's strategic goals and vision supporting current and future growth Oversee multi plant operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction and cost-effective management of resources managing a team of high performing operations leaders and personnel Establish and implement safety programs in line with company values and policies.

Responsible for day-to-day management of the business to achieve the budgeted operating profit and working capital targets, looking at the overall operating systems and efficiencies Streamline and improve the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) system focusing on leading indicators Develop a plan for the next generation capabilities while recognizing the commercial opportunities aligning to the company's strategic plan Lead the improvement and adherence to the Operating Model to ensure standards are being met within the sites and from a corporate level while balancing the regional goals, processes and regulations Review monthly financial pack to determine progress and status in obtaining objectives and revise plans as necessary in accordance with current conditions to meet the overall objectives.

Ensure adequate resources (personnel, materials, equipment and training) are provided to meet the company objectives. Provide mentoring and guidance to employees. Promote and institutionalize the Continuous Improvement department through Kaizen to reach and empower team members to solve challenges collectively Develop and implement with your team a strategy to ensure corporate EHS, Quality and Sustainability systems are deployed Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety, Security Requirements covered under Local State and Federal Regulations Develop and implement a three-year plan in line with the company objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.

Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related MBA or Master's degree preferred 15-20 plus years of experience in engineering, operations, and manufacturing 7-10 years of Sr. leadership experience in operations and manufacturing Must have multisite operations leadership experience. Proven experience driving CI - Continuous Improvement, lean, standardization, EHS, quality, six sigma, Kaizen Strong financial acumen managing operational budgets and capital expenditures and projects Proven experience building a manufacturing organization implementing processes, systems, and structure Must have industrial manufacturing experience Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills High energy, teamwork, and passion for development team members High sense of urgency and able to manage multiple initiatives at a given time Ability to influence and work cross functionally with multi groups and leaders Job Offer Competitive base salary $250,000 - $350,000, bonus, company car allowance, vacation, full benefits, 401K, holidays, relocation package offered.
