Building Superintendent (1st Shift)
Shift: 7a-4p (Mandatory OT if needed)
Pay: $45-60k BOE
Where:
East Indianapolis & Fishers Area
Temporary to Hire Evaluation Hire
Duties:
- Assist Director of Facilities
- Supervise/Implement Policies & Procedures
- Develop & Implement Programs
- Supervise Maintenance & Maintenance Dept Schedule
- Train & Hire Employees
- Supervise Security
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 Years Administrative Experience
- Associates Degree
- Knowledge Word Processing/Desktop Publishing/Spreadsheets
- Lift up to 50lb
- Minimum 3 years Leadership Experience
