- Instruments & Devices (DC) (Technical Product Leadership Lead), you will serve as the primary disciplinary and professional expert for our Product Leaders, directly managing a team of approximately seven subject matter experts. Ultimately, you are tasked with elevating quality and efficiency standards across the entire product portfolio while cultivating robust internal and external stakeholder relationships and fostering a culture of strategic accountability and cross-product collaboration.

The Opportunity
  • Lead the harmonized execution of product strategy and governance, standardizing product lifecycle practices, defining portfolio-level KPIs, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance across all products.
  • Translate organizational strategy into measurable, multi-product portfolio objectives, including rolling out the Network strategy for Product Leads to ensure squad prioritization fully aligns with overarching goals.

  • Take end-to-end accountability for external manufacturing operations (including injection molding, automated assembly, high-level instrument assembly, reagent fill/finish, and packaging), defining processes for technical supplier evaluation, supply vulnerability analysis, and capacity utilization.
  • Monitor operational performance against standardized KPIs, set targets for technical savings and issue resolution, and provide robust technical oversight and escalation management in partnership with MSAT, Quality, and suppliers.
Who You Are
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field (a Master's or PhD in a technical discipline is highly preferred) and possess fluent English communication skills, along with the flexibility for global travel.
