What you will enjoy doing
* * You will perform operational tasks that support coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and standard operating procedures

* And you will visually inspect parts and materials throughout the process to identify defects, contamination, damage, or other non-conforming conditions and take appropriate action

* You will load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using equipment and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards

* You will maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas by performing routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and reporting equipment issues to leadership

* Further, you will document required production data, complete job routers or quality documentation, and escalate non-conformances through the appropriate reporting process

* Also you will support operational needs across departments and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned based on business priorities and production requirements

What makes you great

* High school diploma or GED is required

* You will have the ability to follow work instructions, technical procedures, and safety guidelines

* Willingness to work shift schedules, overtime, weekends, or holidays as required by production needs
