Perform maintenance and repairs on trimming machines, strappers, cylinders, air fittings, and conveyor systems to ensure consistent and efficient operation.;
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and electrical systems to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions.;
Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including valves and related components, to support production equipment.;
Assist with robotic troubleshooting, including Fanuc robotics, to support automated equipment and minimize unplanned downtime.;
Support maintenance on motors, 3-phase power equipment, and industrial machinery in a plastics manufacturing environment.
