Our client, a growing manufacturing company located in Indianapolis, IN
- Park 100 is seeking Machine Operators and Production Associates to join their team. As a Machine Operator and Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
• Take products off of machines and inspect for quality
• Fold boxes and prepare products for shipment
• Assist in assembly of various products as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
• Credential requirements: 100006, 100037
