Operate coating, drying, calendaring, slitting, and material handling equipment using control panel machine controls;
Prepare and load coating materials, slurries, rollers, and related components according to documented work instructions;
Monitor coating quality with extreme attention to detail, including coating thickness down to 0.001 mm, web tension, line speed, oven temperatures, viscosity, and coating weight;
Inspect product for defects such as streaks, wrinkles, pinholes, contamination, uneven coating, edge defects, or adhesion issues, and take appropriate corrective actions;
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities to support reliable and consistent operation
