• Perform thorough visual inspections on parts produced by your assigned machine(s) to ensure they meet top-quality standards.
• Package products carefully in cartons following specific work order instructions—accuracy is key!
• Keep production flowing smoothly by managing your machine area efficiently.
• Report any defects or issues directly to the Quality Assurance Assistant or Shift Supervisor right away.
• Apply inspector numbers to cases and ensure cartons are properly sealed to maintain product integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation, helping to promote a hazard-free environment.
• Step up as a team player by assisting in training new Inspector/Packers and sharing your knowledge.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Basic math skills to assist with measurements and calculations.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling tasks with care and precision.
• A positive, team-focused attitude willing to collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivation and a keen eye to suggest improvements that boost safety and efficiency.
• Effective communication skills, especially helpful when supporting and training new team members.
