HSE Coordinator

MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.

We're looking for a passionate HSE Coordinator to help take our Indianapolis plant's safety culture and compliance to the next level.

• Support the MM Packaging Indianapolis Plant through the development and implementation of safety and security programs
• Promote a positive HSE Culture within the assigned site
• Lead a site Safety Committee, to ensure their training and complete required actions
• Contribute to the shared understanding of Safety and react to trends in HSE performance across the plant
• Provide support for the evaluation of training needs and development/delivery of site-specific HSE training

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an HSE role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Required HSE related training and knowledge pertaining to the position
