HSE Coordinator
MM is a global leader in consumer packaging. The Group provides packaging solutions for cart onboard and folding cartons with an attractive offer in kraft papers, uncoated fine papers, leaflets and labels. MM promotes sustainable development through innovative, recyclable packaging and paper products.
We're looking for a passionate HSE Coordinator to help take our Indianapolis plant's safety culture and compliance to the next level.
Your Role- Support the MM Packaging Indianapolis Plant through the development and implementation of safety and security programs
- Promote a positive HSE Culture within the assigned site
- Lead a site Safety Committee, to ensure their training and complete required actions
- Contribute to the shared understanding of Safety and react to trends in HSE performance across the plant
- Provide support for the evaluation of training needs and development/delivery of site-specific HSE training
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in an HSE role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Required HSE related training and knowledge pertaining to the position
