Forklift Operator
Craft Mark Bakery is an innovative and highly automated commercial bakery that is looking for top talent to join a growing company! Our state-of-the-art bakery has a temperature controlled environment, a great culture and we set a new standard for quality and food safety, while providing real value to our customers.
In this critical position the Forklift Operator safely uses a forklift to ensure finished goods are warehoused in their required locations and outbound trucks are loaded in a timely manner.
Saturday, Sunday and Monday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities:- Keep a keen focus on safety everyday and safely operate powered equipment in the work area
- Work within the frozen warehouse to locate finished goods for shipment
- Keep accurate inventory records.
- Fill orders as required
- Maintain required paperwork
- Report any mechanical problems to your Supervisor and Maintenance
- Maintain up to date knowledge of machinery in work area
- Keep work area clean and without debris
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School or GED
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Five (5) years of Forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant
- Sit down and stand up experience a plus
- Basic math skills
- Capable of working on a computer, navigating through multiple screens
- Understand and follow GMPs
- Capable of understanding and following directions
- Capable of working with minimum supervision
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
