This company specializes in packaging solutions for industries nationwide, operating in a fast-paced production environment that values strong leadership and hands-on support. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team on the production floor, identifying bottlenecks in workflow, and driving improvement initiatives.

This is a temp-to-hire role, ideal for someone with solid supervisory skills who thrives in a high-speed environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Team Lead Duties:

• Lead and motivate team members to meet production goals
• Identify and resolve issues affecting production times and efficiency
• Hold team members accountable for performance and attendance
• Communicate clearly with team and management; assist with bilingual communication as needed
• Support floor operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment

Schedule:

• Night Shift Monday to Friday, 11:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

$20.00 per hour after training

• Opportunity for full-time hire and pay increases based on performance

Team Lead Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing or paper production
• Ability to diagnose and improve production efficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to be hands-on and work on the floor when needed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
